Fairly clean and little hotel with best possible location in the midtown of Manhattan.

Everything was great, friendly service, exceptional location so close to Penn Station and cafes. Soundproof and non-smoking units on the 19th floor. Plenty of fabulous food. We had efficient check-in on arrival. We enjoyed staying 4 nights here.

Top location, unique rooms, English breakfast available. All in all it's tidy place, they have extremely comfy beds. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, my first choice in New York.

Fab central location & the food was outstanding! The staff were professional and hospitable and great lobby. I liked bread, cereals, fresh fruit, eggs and cheese at breakfast. Plunge swimming pool & fab bar.

The venue is quiet and top-notch, its location is brilliant, near to the garment district and Subway and Times Square, Penn station, Pennsylvania station, Port Authority bus station. The staff is especially helpful, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

Absolutely fantastic staff, very good communication, SPECTACULAR location. I got free upgrade and loved it. Breakfast was savoury and had lots of options - coffee, eggs, bread, meats and fresh fruit. Actually everything was lovely.

I enjoyed the riverside location plus the staff was always available. It was perfectly located in an entertaining area. Had nice room with nice walk in shower, the internet, for instance for the best stay.

Fine beds, outdoor bar was amazing. Perfect view of river. Decent stay in the market area.

it was neat, and i loved fantastic staff and location. i slept so comfy in the lovely bed. it was perfectly set in a green area. affordable hotel, 20 km from laguardia airport. the stay was terrific.

It was worth its 4 stars. Appreciated that there was Starbucks with short-orders so close to the venue, super convenient. Rooms where good sized with comfy beds. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi...

Good value, facilities and staff were incredible. Room rate is US$ 90, satisfied. The hotel was perfectly placed. We really enjoyed its location within easy walking distance of 34th Street-Penn metro station.

Location was marvelous and staff were loyal. Very clean hotel. Bed was super, great night sleep.

A short way from empire state building. Chelsea neighbourhood was definitely worth visiting❤❤❤
